1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This Code is developed to assure the application quality of heat-insulating and abrasion-resistant lining for the reactor-regenerator system equipment in the catalytic cracking unit in the petrochemical plant，and satisfy the long-term，safe and stable operation requirements for the catalytic cracking unit.

1.0.2　This Code is applicable to the design，application，inspection and acceptance of the heat-insulating and abrasion-resistant lining for the reactor-regenerator system equipment in the catalytic cracking unit.

1.0.3　In addition to this Code，the design，application，inspection and acceptance of the heat-insulating and abrasion-resistant lining shall also conform to requirements in the current national codes and standards.
